Cultivation of Da Critical
Growing Da Critical is a real joy. This plant grows vigorously, doesn't need an excessive amount of nutrients, and develops a substantial number of side branches. With its long vegetative period, it’s perfect for SCROG, while if you flip the photoperiod to 12/12 after 2-3 weeks growth, it will adapt perfectly to the SOG method.
This strain is pest-resistant and, due to its structure and growth pattern, ideal as a mother plant for clones. It offers a relatively short indoor flowering time, ranging between 8 and 9 weeks, and harvest of 500-600g/m2 of resin covered buds.
Growing outdoor, it can reach a monstrous size when planted in soil and with the proper care. It also develops plenty of side branches that could need some kind of support, given the weight of the buds at the end of the flowering period. You can expect Da Critical to be ready for harvest in mid-October.
Da Critical taste and effects
The flavour is true to what you'd expect from its parents; strong earthy and fruity notes that melt in the mouth, leaving behind nuances of pine resin and citrus fruit that linger for a long time on the palate, all over a sweet background. A delicacy with plenty of nuances!
The high is relaxing, especially on a muscular level, and, depending on the moment and the amount used, even sedative. However, it could be perfect for a good movie session or a quiet chat with friends. It helps to relieve stress and is highly recommended to stimulate appetite and fight insomnia.
